Unobstructed Faith is a Christian ministry led by Omar, dedicated to helping believers walk in their covenant identity through biblical teaching, speaking, mentoring, and discipleship resources. We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it through one of our forms. This may include:

• Email address — collected through our email list subscription form to send teaching content, updates, and ministry communications.
• Name, email, phone, and church/organization details — collected through our Speaking Request form to evaluate and respond to speaking invitations.
• Name, email, phone, background information, and goals — collected through our 1:1 Mentoring Application to assess mentoring fit and respond to applicants.
• Device and browsing data — standard analytics information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used only for understanding site performance.

We do not collect payment information directly. Any financial transactions are handled by trusted third-party processors.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely for the purpose for which it was submitted:

• Email list subscribers receive ministry content, teaching posts, and occasional updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Speaking request submissions are used to evaluate and respond to your invitation. This information is not used for marketing purposes.
• Mentoring application submissions are used to assess fit and respond to you directly. Application details are held in confidence.

We do not use your information for automated profiling, targeted advertising, or any purpose beyond what is described here.

Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

All email communications from Unobstructed Faith comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (2003). Specifically:

• Every marketing or ministry email includes a clear identification of the sender.
• Our physical mailing address is included in all emails where required.
• Every email includes a clear, functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
• Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly — within 10 business days.
• We do not use deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate this site and our communications:

• Formspree — form submission handling for speaking requests and mentoring applications. Subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — typography served from Google's CDN. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

Data Retention

Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Speaking request and mentoring application data is retained for up to 24 months for ministry correspondence purposes, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies, primarily from third-party services (MailerLite, Google Fonts) for functionality and performance. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some site features may not function properly as a result.

Children's Privacy

Unobstructed Faith is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our site, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
