What if Your
People Actually
Believed
Who
They Were?

Not just heard it — lived it. Omar doesn't come to motivate. He comes to demolish the lies that keep your people stuck.

Your congregation knows the words. They've heard the sermons. They believe the doctrine — intellectually. And yet Sunday after Sunday, the same people shuffle out the same way they came in: defeated, performance-driven, and secretly wondering if any of this is real. Omar speaks to that gap. Directly.

What Your People Will Walk Away With That They Didn't Have Before.

Omar's approach is not motivational speaking with Bible verses attached. It is systematic demolition of the religious mindset that keeps believers living below what the New Covenant secured for them.

He speaks from the same place your people are stuck — not as someone who figured it out in seminary, but as someone who hit bottom in 2007 and discovered the difference between performance-driven Christianity and actually living in who God says you are.

The result is not inspiration that fades by Tuesday. It is an identity shift that changes how people read Scripture, respond to failure, and carry themselves into Monday morning.

01
A Gospel They Actually Live In

Not a doctrine they agree with on Sunday. A covenant reality they operate from on Monday. Your people will understand the New Covenant in a way that changes their daily posture — not just their theology.

02
Identity Rooted in Christ, Not Performance

The single biggest lie keeping believers defeated is that righteousness must be earned daily. Omar demolishes that lie from Scripture with Hebrew and Greek precision, then rebuilds on what the New Covenant actually says.

03
Authority That Operates From Position

Sons and daughters of God do not beg. They do not perform. They act on covenant. Your people will leave with a framework for responding from who God says they are rather than reacting from what their circumstances say.

04
Men Stepping Into Sonship, Not Striving

Particularly powerful for men's ministry. Omar addresses the masculine tendency to perform — in faith, in family, in leadership — and replaces it with a sonship model that is both strong and free.

05
Shame Dismantled at the Root

Shame is not solved by reminding people God loves them. It is solved by showing them — from Scripture — that God has already dealt with what they think disqualifies them. Omar does not skirt this. He goes there.

06
A Framework They Can Take Home

Every engagement leaves attendees with a practical identity framework — not just a feeling. They know what to do the next time shame, defeat, or religious performance pulls them back under.

I have heard hundreds of speakers over 25 years of ministry. Omar is the first one I've heard who didn't give my people another thing to do — he took away everything that was holding them back from what they already had. Two months later, my men's group is still talking about it.

Pastor Marcus T.  / Men's Retreat, Central Texas

Raw Truth for Every Setting.

Every talk is tailored to your audience. These are the core frameworks Omar brings — each one rooted in Hebrew and Greek word studies, built on the New Covenant, and designed to demolish religious clichés from the inside out.

Identity
You Are Not Who You Think You Are

The gap between what believers intellectually affirm and what they actually operate from. A direct confrontation with the imposter mindset — from 2 Corinthians 5 and the Hebrew concept of tsaddiq (righteousness). Who God says you are is not aspirational. It is positional.

Covenant
Stop Earning What Christ Already Secured

The Old Covenant demanded performance. The New Covenant declares righteousness. Omar walks through Hebrews 8-10 and Galatians 2 to show the line most believers live on the wrong side of — and how to cross it without it feeling like cheap grace.

Authority
Responding From Position, Not Reacting From Circumstance

Sons of God respond from who they are. Those without covenant identity react from what is happening around them. This talk reframes spiritual authority as identity-based, not circumstance-dependent — and shows what that looks like practically.

Men's Ministry
The Sonship Model: Strength Without Striving

Designed specifically for men. Addresses the masculine version of religious performance — the need to earn spiritual standing through activity, leadership, or moral achievement. Replaces it with the sonship model from Romans 8 and the Father-heart of God.

Breakthrough
Demolition First: Why Encouragement Isn't Enough

Before people can be rebuilt, the false structures have to come down. This talk makes the case — from Scripture and Omar's own story — for why the most loving thing a church can do is stop trying to make people feel better and start telling them the truth.

Faith & Action
Faith Before the Experience

Experience-dependent faith keeps believers waiting for confirmation before they act. This talk — built on Hebrews 11 and the story of Abraham — challenges that posture directly and reframes faith as acting on the Word before the feeling arrives.

Ministry is not a business. But sustainability matters — to both sides of this table. Omar operates on a faith-based fee structure designed to make this accessible to small congregations and appropriate for larger organizations.

No request is automatically too small or too large. Every engagement is considered individually. If your budget is tight, say so. A conversation about fit comes before a conversation about fees.

All fees are subject to discussion based on event type, audience size, distance, and ministry relationship. Nothing here is fixed; it's a starting point for an honest conversation.

Small Events
$100 – $1,000
Local Church Services / Small Gatherings

Local church services, small men's groups, community events, and backyard gatherings. In some cases — particularly for local ministry relationships or organizations where budget is genuinely limited — Omar is open to speaking at no fee. The conversation starts with fit, not figures.

Mid-to-Large Events
$2,500 – $5,000
Retreats / Keynotes / Seminary Events

Appropriate for men's retreats, multi-session events, keynote addresses, seminary gatherings, and larger non-profit organizations. This range reflects standard industry benchmarks for faith-based speaking engagements at this scale. All logistics discussed individually.

Love Offering / Honorarium
Open
Church Services / Faith Communities

The love offering model is common in church settings and entirely appropriate. If this is the model your church uses, Omar is open to it — with one practical note: proper accounting of honoraria matters for both parties. We are happy to walk through what that looks like if needed.

Travel & Logistics
Travel

Travel costs (airfare or mileage for driving distances) are covered by the hosting organization, separate from the speaking fee. For local or regional events within driving distance, travel costs are minimal and will be discussed upfront — no surprises.

Lodging

For events requiring overnight stay, standard lodging (single room, mid-range hotel) is requested from the hosting organization. Omar does not require luxury accommodations. He requires rest and a working Bible. That's it.

Availability & Advance Notice

Submit your request as early as possible. Dates fill quickly, particularly for fall retreat season and spring men's events. A minimum of 6 weeks' notice is appreciated for planning — though last-minute requests are considered when calendar allows.
